All pre-order items will have the expected ship date listed in the product description.
We know no one likes to pay for shipping! So we offer it FREE on all orders over $100. Otherwise it's just an easy flat rate of only $6.95!
$25 flat-rate USPS Priority Mail shipping to Canada or FREE on orders over $200! (We are not responsible for delays or any additional customs charges once the package leaves the US.)
We also offer pickup (just choose this option at checkout) at our storefront in Chico, CA during business hours! Just place your order and when it's ready for pickup (within 1 business day), you'll get an email letting you know!

Orders CANNOT be Changed, Modified, or Canceled after checkout!

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
Returns are eligible for store credit only.
Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).
Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, Jewelry, Bralettes, sale/clearance items (any item discounted 25% or more from full retail price).
